Obituary as MARILYN PENDLEY A Memorial service will be held for Marilyn Eileen Pendley, 58 of Oroville, on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Chapel in Chico. She passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Chico. Marilyn was born in Monterey to Joseph and Wanda Deschenes. She grew up in Concord and graduated from Mount Diablo High School in 1970. In 1977 she married Terry Pendley in Reno, NV. They raised their five children in the Bay Area. Her survivors include her three daughters, April (Jasin) Wilburn, Angie (Scott) Jensen and Nicole (Ryan) Pendley; son, Joseph (Kimmy) Pendley; two sisters, Gail (Paul Wilburn) Morris, Anne (James) Cook; one brother, Steven (Debbie) Deschenes; mother, Wanda "Sweet Jewell of a Mom" (Charles) Stewart; five grandchildren and Marilyn's companion, Phil DeCann. She was preceded in death by her son, Jared Pendley in 1978 and her father, Joseph Deschenes in 1994.
