Edwin Aaron Penley, formerly of No. 2, Wellington-place West, Reading, Berkshire, then of Claremont House, Pembridge-villas, Westbourne-grove, Kensington, then of No. 10, Delamere-crescent, Westbourne-terrace North, Paddington, then a Prisoner for Debt in the Gaol of Whitecross-street, all three last-named residences
in the county of Middlesex, and from there removed to the Queen's Bench Prison, Southwark, in the county of Surrey, then of No. 33, Rue Monsigny, Boulogne-sur-Mer, in France, then in lodgings at No. 2, Clarence parade, and late in lodgings at No. 36, Montpellier-terrace, both in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, being, during all such named residences, an Artist. N.B.—1. If any Creditor intends to oppose a Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given to the said Prisoner, in writing,
