Surviving Billie is one son, Ronald Pendley (Vickie); grandchildren, Ronald Pendley (Beth), Sandra Williams (Keith), and Kathy Horka (D.J.); and eight grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. All who knew and loved her will miss Billie.
