From Linda Mashburn Harrison. Her father was the brother of leaty. "Mary "Ruth" Leaty Mashburn was born December 28, 1898 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Her parents were in that picture you saw. Thomas Jefferson Mashburn, Born December 1, 1849 Hermitage, Missouri - Died February 18, 1925 in Purcell, Oklahoma & Mary Matilda Pierce born June 25, 1856 in Missouri and died January 1, 1935 in Purcell, Oklahoma. She had 10 brother & sisters. She married Earl Pendley in abt. 1918. He died in a duel with Ben Young over Leatys affections in 1932. Their first son George Thomas Pendley was born March 11, 1919 and died February 8, 1923 Their second son Roy Earl Pendley was born January 1, 1921 in Marysville, Oklahoma. He married Virginia ____? who was born December 8, 1922 & died November 2009 in Portland, Oregon. Roy died from depression September 27, 1983 in Portland, Oregon. They had 2 sons: Darrel born September 20, 1946 and Marshall Ray born October 20, 1948. Marshall died in a car accident that broke his neck April 12, 1980 and is believed Roy died of a broken heart over the loss of him. Darrel still lives in Portland, Oregon. He has a son Josh born November 18, 1973. Their third child was Anna Hellen Pendley born September 15, 1923 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She married John S. Pluta born November 15, 1921. I only know of one daughter, Ruth Ann born November 19, 1945 Married Greg Koren and they have three children Kevin 9/12/1969; Brian 3/2/1972 & Tina 3/31/75 that I know of. Hellen & John lived in Hampton City, Virginia until Hellen died July 19, 2004 and John in October 11, 2000. Leaty married George Marshall Martin Born December 7, 1895, Tennessee - Died April 3, 1975 Shawnee, Oklahoma. After George died, Leaty went to live with her son in Portland, Oregon where she died October 13, 1979.

Obituary as SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Marvin E. Richison, 67, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2004, in Morgan Hill, Calif. Services are being handled by Rosser Funeral Home and will be held at a later date. Mr. Richison was born on July 2, 1936, in Oklahoma. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and worked for Ford Motor Company. He is survived by his wife, Anna Pauline Richison of San Jose, Calif.; daughters, Goldie Ling of Washington, Carol Jilge of Keene, Texas, Betty Creelman of Kansas, and Linda Pate of Maine; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
