Will of Thomas Spilman of Virginia, gent, was made in England and proved in the Perogative Court of Canterbury on 24 apr 1627. Administration of estate given to his brother, Francis Spillman "during the absence of the relict, Hannah Spillman, in Virginia". He bequeathed to his daughter Mary Spillman in Virginia, all of his property here (meaning England) and left to his wife what he has in Virginia. In will Thomas is referred to as "late of Truro, in Cornwall, deceased."
